D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In case of any grievance or complaint, investors should first approach the concerned Research Analyst. The complaint shall be resolved within 30 days.

If not resolved, an investor may lodge a complaint on SEBI's SCORES portal (SEBI Complaints Redressal System). SCORES facilitates tracking of the complaint status.
